  Mother died due their care, lack of treatment and proper diagnosis, failure to run standard tests. Failure to follow proper procedure lost them over 250k for an icu visit where she relapsed cause the Dr failed to do an XRAY. I notified the insurance and they denied payment. That oath they took must mean nothing to them you're just a dollar bill in the eyes of the staff. Nurses from the hood are even worse. Overheard a Dr talking to a nurse making fun of a family from Mexico saying they didn't have insurance go get care in your country. This is a place you go to when you want to die.

  My father spent some time in the ICU before he was accidentally killed by a male nurse named Diego. He was doing well and so Diego decided that we should give him a solution to break up the impacted clogged intestinal tract. My father started struggling to breathe and at one point, yanked out the breathing tubes they had in him. That's when the security guard kicked us out of ICU and next thing we know, they are transferring him to critical care, which is a step down from ICU. We were never told this until the next day when I called and they asked if they could put him on a ventilator. By the time we got there, he was already gone, but being propped up for our benefit. My mom is afraid and does not want to go there when she gets sick because "they killed him", her words. His death certificate says he died of Altzeimer's and not from suffocation. Don't ever leave your loved ones alone, not even when the security guards intimidate you. That's when they start looking to clear beds for new patients and they will do it any way they can get away with.
